The Maryland Rules are available on the Westlaw website. To locate Rule 16-812: Rules of Professional Conduct on the Westlaw website, follow these steps:
 

Step 1. From the Westlaw MD Code and Court Rules menu, click on Maryland Rules.	Step 2. From the Maryland Rules drop down menu, click on the + sign next to Title 16
Step 3. - From the Title 16 drop down menu, click the + sign next to Chapter 800. Select Rule 16-812: The Maryland Lawyers' Rules of Professional Conduct.
