Legal Assistance Programs/Pro Bono Services

Pro Bono services are legal services provided by attorneys who are volunteering their time “pro bono publico”, or “for the public good”. At the Circuit Court for Howard County, there are 2 pro bono programs designed to provide free legal assistance to low-income self-represented litigants.
