ADTC is a POST-PLEA treatment-focused program that offers intensive rehabilitation services to persons whose crimes are driven by their substance abuse and/or dependency.

ADTC is a 4-phase program for people OVER the age of 18 who reside in Cecil County.  They are persons who have committed a NON-VIOLENT, DRUG MOTIVATED crime and are facing MORE THEN SIX MONTHS in jail.  This is a VOLUNTARY program for offenders whose primary diagnosis is SUBSTANCE ABUSE.
