In section 1 it asks for the PIN #, where do I find that?

  • Human Resources will assign the PIN for you once we receive your payroll form, application and authorization to access records form.  Leave blank for now.

Do I need to list all of my previous jobs in Section III – Employment History?

  • No
  • You may enter “See Resume” and then attach your resume along with your application

In Section Four I answered “yes” to question 2.

  • Please provide details in the area provided. 
  • Record checks are run on all employees of the Judiciary.  Any findings will be reported to your judge for further review.

In Section Four I answered “yes” to question 3.

  • Please list the name, relationship and court or office in which your relative works.
