What is the difference between Westlaw and WestlawNext?
WestlawNext searches multiple databases at one time. The interface is similar to popular search engines. Results can then be filtered by court, date, source, etc. All other materials are available in both systems. Please note that your password can be the same for both Westlaw and WestlawNext.

Yes, see below for dates and time.
How do I find out what materials are included in the Maryland Judiciary's Westlaw/WestlawNext subscription?
This is easiest done in WestlawNext. From the WestlawNext homepage click on "Tools" in the browse tab and then click on "My Content." Items that are linked can be searched individually. At this time United Kingdom case law and the 50 State Survey builder are only available in Westlaw Classic.
