MEDIA PROTOCOL ORDER AND SECURITY ORDER FILED 

BALTIMORE, MD (January 28, 2005) – In reference to the upcoming priest-child sex abuse trial (State of Maryland v. Maurice Blackwell) being heard in Baltimore City Circuit Court in February, a Media Protocol Order and Security Order has been filed.  Those wishing to obtain a copy of the orders may contact the Court Information Office for a faxed copy.  The Court is currently developing a website dedicated to the trial, which will serve to update media and the public.

The trial will begin February 10, 2004, at 9:30 a.m. in Room 438 of the Clarence Mitchell Courthouse, 100 North Calvert Street, Baltimore.  All media wishing to cover the trial are asked to be seated in the courtroom before 9:30 a.m.
