Notice of Open Meeting

(Annapolis, MD – February 6, 2006) A committee of the Maryland Court of Appeals will hold a meeting at 9:30 a.m. on February 9, 2006, at the District Court Training Center, 903 Commerce Road, Annapolis.

Representatives from the Judiciary, State’s Attorney’s Offices, victims rights organizations, and the media have been invited to consider appropriate methods of shielding identifying information regarding victims and witnesses that may be placed in court records in criminal, juvenile delinquency, domestic violence, and peace order cases, where the safety of the victim or witness may be compromised by disclosure of that information.

This is an open meeting and members of the public are welcome to attend.
