(Annapolis, MD – July 6, 2006) The Maryland Judiciary is providing information about the Court of Appeals case, Kenneth D. Schisler, Individually and as Chairman of the Public Service Commission, et al. v. State of Maryland, on the Judiciary’s Web site.

Briefs and the names of counsel are available through the site. When the Court makes its decision, the order and/or opinion will also be posted online at mdcourts.gov/coappeals/highlightedcases/index.html.

The arguments in the case will be heard at 10 a.m. Friday, July 7, in the Court of Appeals courtroom in the Robert C. Murphy Courts of Appeal Building, Annapolis.
