(ANNAPOLIS, Md.) The Court of Appeals will hold an open meeting on Tuesday, Dec. 15, 2009, at 3:30 p.m., fourth floor Court of Appeals Conference Room, at the Robert C. Murphy Courts of Appeal Building, to consider proposed amendments to Rule 16-104 (Judicial Leave) due to the state’s current fiscal crisis. The proposed amendment will be posted on the Judiciary’s Web site, www.mdcourts.gov.
