(ANNAPOLIS, Md. – Dec. 15, 2009) The Maryland Court of Appeals today approved amendments to Rule 16-104 (Judicial Leave) to reduce judges’ annual leave from 27 days to 17 days for Calendar Year 2010, due to the state’s current fiscal crisis.
