Paying Tribute to Thurgood Marshall

This spring, several Maryland judges, including the chief judge of the Court of Appeals, stepped down from the bench and got up on stage at Bowie State University when they joined respected lawyers and politicians from the region to put on a play, “Full Truth,” about the life of Thurgood Marshall.
