The District Court hears landlord/tenant cases, replevin actions, traffic violations, criminal cases classified as misdemeanors and certain felonies, and civil cases in the amount of $30,000 or less. The District Court does not conduct jury trials.

I-695 South
From I-695 S. Baltimore Beltway Outer Loop toward Annapolis/Glen Burnie. Merge onto I-95 N. exit 11A toward Baltimore. Take the Caton Ave. exit, number 50. Take the South ramp toward Washington Blvd. Proceed on Caton Ave, Caton Ave becomes Patapsco Ave. Proceed on Patapsco Ave. for approx. 4 miles, the courthouse will be on the left.

I-695 East
From I-695 E. Baltimore Beltway Inner Loop toward Essex. Merge onto I-95 S. exit 33A toward Baltimore/Washington. Merge onto Harbor Tunnel TRWY./ I-895 S. exit 62 - on the left - toward Annapolis/Bay Bridge (Portions toll). After toll, take exit 8A, Curtis Bay/Shell Road. Proceed on Shell road for approx. 1 mile toward Patapsco Ave. Turn right onto Patapsco Ave and proceed approx. 1 mile, the courthouse will be on the right.

Downtown Baltimore
From downtown Baltimore, turn left onto S. Howard St. S. Howard St. becomes 1-395 S. Merge onto I-95 N. toward New York. Take the MD.- 2 S./ Hanover St. exit - exit number 54. Turn slight right onto MD.- 2/ S. Hanover Street. Continue to follow MD. - 2 S. Turn left onto E. Patapsco Avenue, proceed for approx. 0.49 miles, the courthouse will be on the left.
