General Information

We are pleased to announce that the Clerk’s Office for the Circuit Court for Queen Anne’s County will begin using E-Service on August 1, 2019. E-Service from the clerks provides the attorneys and registered self-represented parties with a more timely notice of all orders and other notices that were previously mailed from the Clerk’s office.

Attorneys and registered self-represented litigants will receive notices, orders and other documents from the clerk electronically through File and Serve. Please note that all documents will be sent to the attorney of record service contact email address only that is listed in File & Serve. Support staff (i.e. Administrative Assistant) will not receive these documents unless their email address is listed in the “Administrative Copy” field in your firm service contact. Additionally, the clerk’s office will mail certified copies of divorce decrees and name change orders directly to the parties.
