OBTAINING A PASSPORT
As a designated acceptance facility for the U.S. State Department, the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Queen Anne's County can assist you in obtaining a passport. Copies of the application are available in the Clerk's Office or you may download the application at the U.S. State Department's web site. You may wish to view the U.S. State Department's web site for further information and the latest requirements. The application must be signed before an agent (a Deputy Clerk of the Circuit Court). You must appear in person between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Any questions, please contact 410-758-1773, option 2.
