Howard County District Court to celebrate adult drug and DUI court graduation
Eleven new graduates will celebrate their sobriety and successful completion of a strict court-monitored program during the 27th bi-annual graduation of the adult drug and DUI treatment court in the District Court in Howard County on Wednesday. Approximately 225 graduates have gone through the program since 2004.
