Pursuant to Maryland Rule 1-322, no item may be filed directly to the Baltimore County Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court by electronic transmission.

Forms of Payment

• Generally, Cash, Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa and Discover), Check or Money Order payable to Clerk of the Circuit Court is accepted.
• A personal out-of-state check and debit card is not accepted.
• In the Criminal Division, a personal check for payment of fines or costs is not accepted.
• Huckster’s License Applications sent through the mail are Check or Money Order only payable to the Clerk of the Circuit Court; in-person applications are Cash, Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa and Discover), Check or Money Order payable to Clerk of the Circuit Court.
