Baltimore County Towson District Court

The District Court hears landlord/tenant cases, replevin actions, traffic violations, criminal cases classified as misdemeanors and certain felonies, and civil cases in the amount of $30,000 or less. The District Court does not conduct jury trials.

From Annapolis
Take Route 50 West to I-97 North, exit #21, toward Baltimore. Take I-695 West, exit #17A, toward Baltimore/Towson merge onto I-695 West, Take Route 695 to Exit 26 - York Road. [Or take exit 27 (Dulaney Valley Road) which will intersect with York Road] Continue south on York Road until you come to Chesapeake Avenue. Turn left on Chesapeake Avenue. District Court location is on the right.

From North of Baltimore
