From April 2020 through June 2021, the Court of Special Appeals held remote oral arguments on Zoom and other platforms. Those platforms provided us the capability to livestream arguments on this webpage. As of July 6, 2021, however, the Court has returned to in-person oral arguments at the Courts of Appeal Building. Presently, our courtrooms do not have the equipment necessary to permit the livestreaming arguments, but soon they will. When we are able to, we will resume livestreaming oral arguments on this page. Please check back later for updates.
In the meantime, in addition to providing in-person public access to arguments in our courtrooms, we will be posting the audio of our oral arguments to our Oral Arguments Archive.
Webcasts are made available to the general public for informational purposes only and do not constitute an official record of court proceedings. Rebroadcast of this transmission is prohibited without the express permission of the Court of Appeals, which can be obtained by contacting the Division of Government Relations and Public Affairs at 410-260-1488.
