  • Why must I list my addresses for the past seven years?
    • If we find two people with the same name, the addresses are used to verify your identity
  • What if I run out of space listing my addresses?
    • You may continue writing them on the back of the form
    • You may attach another page – be sure to sign that page also
  • Once Human Resources runs the background check what is the next step?
    • Human Resources will notify your judge of any records that we find.
